As a Colorado Native, Amanda attended The University of Denver for Biology, Colorado University for Pre-Law, and Arapahoe Community College for Pharmacology. Amanda’s experience in corporate compliance, criminal defense, civil torts, insurance defense, and over five years of experience as a CPhT in institutional and community settings, provides a unique and diverse skill set for our clients.
In her free time, Amanda enjoys reading and spending time with her spouse, daughter, and dogs.
Tim is a veteran of providing legal services and brings more than 28 years of hands-on litigation experience to the table, along with 14 years of concentrated eDiscovery knowledge. He leads eDiscovery efforts at Legal Eagle, from preservation of data, forensic collections, analysis, electronic database management, and consulting services.
Well known in the South Carolina legal community form his work leading CLE’s both locally and nationally, Tim has held leadership positions with local professional associations and is a member of the International Legal Technology Association, Association of Records Managers and Administrators, and the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists. Tim is also an Adjunct Professor with Midlands Technical College in Columbia, SC, covering legal technology, law office management, and eDiscovery coursework.
Deana Pfeiffer has been with Legal Eagle since 1997. Deana is a highly-skilled production manager who attacks customer challenges with the solution in mind. Over the course of several decades, a recurring accolade told by law firm clients is praise for Deana’s “competent work” while performing litigation support services.
As a personal passion, Deana enjoys being “Nana” and spending time with her precious grandchildren.
Court Reporter Manager
Sandra Barger is Legal Eagle’s court reporter manager. Sandra has been involved in court reporting and managing court reporter scheduling for 20 years.
Sandra’s leisure time is all about her family. Sandra contends her daughters are the rainbows, and her grandson is a pot of gold.
Litigation Support Manager
Stacy Davis has been with Legal Eagle since 2001. She earned a degree in criminal justice and has worked in the legal field as a paralegal since 1992. She has years of experience assisting attorneys with preparing appellate briefs, records on appeal, petitions for writ of certiorari, appendices, and other filings in state and federal courts in South Carolina. She is experienced in large volume document productions and is always ready to help with solutions for complex litigation and discovery needs. Stacy completed the Family Court Mediation Certification training and volunteers as a Mediator for a Mediation Center in the Upstate.
Stacy enjoys spending time off with her husband, grandson, young adult children and their spouses, extended family, and friends. She loves to entertain and cook for a crowd. As a personal passion, she volunteers with her food ministry, the Angel Tree and various other outreach ministries. Stacy verily believes… “it’s all about the people.”
Litigation Support Specialist
Petara has a copious amount of experience working in litigation support review databases and providing customer service to attorneys and paralegals in litigation support workflow. Petara will lead our Document Services department in Columbia providing scanning, duplication, and printing of paper records. She will also support both CloudNine and Cicayda cloud-based databases and provide full ESI processing of your electronically stored files for conversion, production or ingestion into a review database.
Petara enjoys spending quality time with her son and is involved with local animal rescue groups.
