Legal Eagle Paralegal: Stacy Davis

Long time Legal Eagle employee Stacy Davis has a diverse and extensive background as a paralegal. She is regularly called upon by notable law practices for assistance on complex litigation matters as well as appellate filing and support services. A brief synopsis of Stacy's work history is provided:

  • AS in Criminal Justice

  • Nearly 30 years of experience in the legal field working as a freelance paralegalspecializing in the injury claim process, litigation, criminal law, and appellate filings.

  • 22 years as Legal Eagle employee assisting with all aspects of the litigation and appellate support process.

  • Over 25 years of experience in Appellate filings with the majority of her experience being with filings in the S.C Supreme Court and Court of Appeals, as well as the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals.

  • Teaches CLEs to paralegal organizations on appellate filing practices, and other litigation topics.

  • Constantly updates herself with the ongoing changes within the appellate court system.
